About Byron Bay Cookie Company

Famous for the glass cookie jars found on thousands of café and gourmet deli counters across the country, Byron Bay Cookies have been a staple in Australian cafés for over 25 years.

Byron Bay Cookie Company started as Australia’s first original café in 1990. In a small country farmhouse in the hinterland of Byron Bay, with an old family recipe in hand and under the name ‘Pickles, Pies & Petticoats’, original founders Maggi and Gary started experimenting with local ingredients to bake cookies for local markets. The result was two deliciously decadent cookie combinations that changed the cookie market forever; White Choc Chunk and Macadamia Nut and Triple Choc Fudge, which are still two of Byron Bay Cookies Company’s most popular flavours to this day!
