You can order online or visit our store to see the wide range of delicious products on offer. Located at 926 David Low Way, Marcoola on Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast, we offer convenient free parking.
Our trading hours are Mon-Fri 10am – 5pm, Sat 10am – 1pm excluding public holidays.

Can you take my order if I wish to buy more than one hamper?
Absolutely, we would love to help! Whether you are after two hampers or 50, we will accommodate your requests and work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied. So please call us on 07 5448 8536 and let’s chat about our discounts for larger orders.
Can I personalise my hamper with a gift card?
Definitely! Before proceeding to the checkout, you will be asked whether you would like a personalised message and you can choose from our free Hampers To Go gift card or one of our beautiful photo cards.
Are my credit card details secure when I use your payment system?
When ordering online with our secure paying system, we don’t see or have access to any credit card details or account numbers. For phone or email orders, credit card or account details are destroyed once payment has been approved. These procedures are in adherence to the Privacy Act Laws.
When will my hamper or gift basket be delivered?
We offer same-day delivery to any address on the Sunshine Coast for orders placed before 11am. From Noosa to Caloundra, Mooloolaba to Maroochydore or Maleny, and anywhere in between, you can make someone’s day better within 24 hours. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your orders.
What if the recipient isn’t home at the time of the delivery?
The courier will leave a calling card in the mailbox or at the front door, explaining that the recipient has received a parcel and needs to arrange for alternative delivery or pickup. In the checkout process, you may choose to give us instructions to leave the package at the front door or another appropriate place if no one is home, but please don’t choose this option if there is a risk of the parcel getting wet or stolen. We really want to make someone’s day special!
What if my gift hamper gets lost or damaged in transit?
Please inform us immediately if this should occur and we’ll investigate with our courier to find out exactly what’s happened with your gift. We will keep you informed throughout the process. As per the Australian Consumer Law guidelines, in the event of loss or damage, you’ll be entitled to a full refund or replacement.
