I wanted to send a hamper for some good friends living on the Sunshine Coast and did what many would do and went to good old google. I was away traveling at the time overseas so time zones were a little tricky. I was fortunate enough to find ‘Hampers to Go’ which was not only ideally located in the area but was also offering a gift delivery service with an abundance of choice (mainly local products from a variety of companies on the coast) for a beautiful hamper to be delivered. I needed to ask a few questions around the items relevant to the intended recipients. I sent off an enquiry and received a quick response from Libby. She was able to help with all my questions and accommodated a ‘special customized goody basket of treats’ to be delivered and with such speedy delivery! I received a message from my friends on how delighted and blown away they were by not only receiving the hamper, but the thoughtful gifts that were put together that perfectly suited them. We have used Hampers to Go on several occasions, as we are in New Zealand, and our daughter lives on the Sunshine Coast, but because of Covid restrictions we've been unable to visit for the last few years, and posting presents over has been problematic. Our most recent hamper purchase was for our daughter's birthday on 4th January, and the website had a problem with accepting CC payments. Libby emailed back very quickly, provided a discount coupon, and said she would arrange for it to be delivered the next day (the 4th), and would phone later for payment details. The hamper was successfully delivered on the 4th as promised, much to the delight of our daughter who loved it. The next day the website was fixed, and Libby emailed to say we could use the CC payment option as the hamper was still in the Cart, which we did, and it all went through this time, so mission accomplished and payment sorted. As others have already said in their reviews of Hampers to Go, they (Libby) go above and beyond to ensure recipients receive their hampers, and customers are happy, and we can confirm that this has always been the case for us, and would highly recommend their hampers to anyone wanting to send a special gift to family or friends.

A last minute decision to send a gift hamper to some special friends with special needs was fully recognised when I contacted Libby at Hampers to Go. Thought I would not have enough time to organise it but they pulled out all the stops for me and was able to pick up a customised basket the next day. Very impressed with the service and friendliness.
