Made from 100% Chardonnay the grapes for this wine were carefully grown in the Angove family's Nanya Vineyard farmed without using synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides hence it is fully certified as organic. With an aroma of lifted citrus and nashi pair it has a crisp, clean flavour with a subtle nuttiness.
