An elegant, concentrated palate reveals juicy stone fruit and lemongrass, supported by a lovely minerality. The tropical fruit flavours in Oyster Bay work in harmony with the distinctive gooseberry characters. It has excellent balance and varietal intensity and is among the leaders of Sauvignon Blanc due to its quality and consistency vintage after vintage.
