Founded in 2004, Fat Hen Farm has been providing premium quality, delicious olives, extra virgin olive oils and ‘the best tapenade ever’ to the Australian market.

Free from preservatives, colours and chemical additives, all the products are full of flavour, natural goodness and ‘food love’. Fat Hen Farm are purveyors of quality olive products – premium Australian extra virgin olive oil, infused olive oils and olive gourmet delights.

Not only are the products delicious, the health effects of extra virgin olive oil, due to both its high content of mono-unsaturated fatty acids and its high content of antioxidants can offer protection against heart disease and control LDL “bad” cholesterol levels.

I also had another gift sent to Libby to place with the hamper as a surprise on their arrival at the hotel. She didn’t have to do that but was more than happy to accommodate me.
