Libby from Hampers to Go went above and beyond to help me get a personalised hamper delivered to my parents who were holidaying on the Sunshine Coast for their 40th Anniversary. I also had another gift sent to Libby to place with the hamper as a surprise on their arrival at the hotel. She didn’t have to do that but was more than happy to accommodate me. I couldn’t recommend their service more!

Personally calling and letting us know what we had ordered wasn’t due in for another couple of days and if we needed to work around this which we were happy to wait, and confirming that this was heading to a different state to where we had ordered and we’re located! The order was received beautifully boxed the day before my mothers birthday and made her day! All this straight after Christmas! Thanks Libby! Can’t beat your personal touch!
