We have used Hampers to Go on several occasions, as we are in New Zealand, and our daughter lives on the Sunshine Coast, but because of Covid restrictions we've been unable to visit for the last few years, and posting presents over has been problematic. Our most recent hamper purchase was for our daughter's birthday on 4th January, and the website had a problem with accepting CC payments. Libby emailed back very quickly, provided a discount coupon, and said she would arrange for it to be delivered the next day (the 4th), and would phone later for payment details. The hamper was successfully delivered on the 4th as promised, much to the delight of our daughter who loved it. The next day the website was fixed, and Libby emailed to say we could use the CC payment option as the hamper was still in the Cart, which we did, and it all went through this time, so mission accomplished and payment sorted. As others have already said in their reviews of Hampers to Go, they (Libby) go above and beyond to ensure recipients receive their hampers, and customers are happy, and we can confirm that this has always been the case for us, and would highly recommend their hampers to anyone wanting to send a special gift to family or friends.
