PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee delivery dates and times of orders going outside of the Sunshine Coast delivery area. While we’ll be packing our Hampers to Go with care as quickly as your order comes in, we unfortunately have no control over any delays once the order leaves our shop for delivery outside of our Sunshine Coast delivery area. Thank you for your understanding!
Christmas Delivery Terms 2025
Delivery is not available Wednesday 24th December-Friday 2nd January 2026 inclusive. Delivery will commence on Monday 5th January 2026.
Our shop will be closed from 2pm Wednesday 24th December and will re-open at 10am Monday 12th January 2026.
For all areas outside of Our Sunshine Coast Delivery Area we cannot guarantee a delivery date as these deliveries are outsourced and therefore out of our control once collection has occurred. We highly recommend all Christmas orders to be placed at latest by Friday 28th November 2025 to ensure the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
Hampers To Go do not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays.
Hampers To Go will deliver to the Sunshine Coast on the same day for orders placed before 10am for a fee of $15-$20 (calculated at checkout), alternatively free pickup is available in store from Monday to Friday. We also deliver Australia wide – please contact us for any questions on delivery times and where we deliver. Australia Wide deliveries fall under 2 price categories, $20 (small/medium) and $25 (large/extra-large). We offer over-seas deliveries, please contact us for a quote!
Same day delivery applies only to Sunshine Coast deliveries.
Hampers To Go can only guarantee a delivery date for Sunshine Coast deliveries as all other areas are delivered via an independent courier company and therefore out of our control once collection has occurred. Whilst all effort is made to ensure your hamper reaches its recipient by the requested date, occasionally there will be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Multiple hamper deliveries to one address within our Sunshine Coast delivery radius will incur a $15-$20 fee per every 5 hampers or under. For all other areas, the delivery fee will be per hamper as each hamper is individually boxed for outsourced couriering.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Balloons are only available for Sunshine Coast deliveries.
If the Authority To Leave box is ticked but the driver deems it unsafe to leave (eg. gated community, no access to property, unsafe conditions, weather, visibility from road), the hamper will be returned to our shop and a re-delivery fee charged before another delivery is attempted. Alternatively, the recipient can pick the hamper up from our store.
Our Sunshine Coast Delivery Area
A delivery fee of $15 includes all addresses within a 15 km radius of our boutique store.
A delivery fee of $20 includes all addresses within a 30 km radius of our boutique store.
All other areas are delivered via an outsourced courier company (see pricing listed above).
If an item is currently unavailable it will be substituted with a similar item of equal value.
Occasionally a hamper will be returned to us for one of the following reasons:
– a card was left but there was no response from the recipient to rearrange delivery
– the recipient is not known at that address or has moved
– address details are incorrect or insufficient
– the recipient was in a hospital or hotel and has been discharged or checked out
If a parcel has an incorrect address and our couriers are unable to call the recipient to verify, the parcel will be returned to us.
Hampers cannot be re-directed while in transit and will need to be returned to us before being sent to the new/correct address.
We will inform you immediately of the hamper being returned to us.
An applicable re-delivery fee will be passed on to you to facilitate the delivery of the hamper to the same or an alternative address.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared and passed on to our couriers for delivery.
If the items in the hamper are faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will be happy to investigate with regards to a replacement or a refund.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Delivery to hospitals and nursing homes
We can deliver to most hospitals and nursing homes in and around the Sunshine Coast. Some hospitals and nursing homes however have strict policies on gift basket deliveries so please check with the institution before ordering your hamper to ensure it can be accepted by the recipient.
Some hospitalised patients may be recovering from surgery, seriously ill or in ICU in which case, we would recommend delivery to the recipient’s home when they are discharged from hospital.

Alcohol delivery disclaimer
Hampers To Go supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person in Queensland under the age of 18 years. It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor from another person.
The gift basket containing alcoholic product must be delivered as a gift to an adult.
By ticking the ‘I agree’ button during the checkout process, the purchaser represents that they and the recipient, are over 18 years old.
The purchaser accepts that it is an offense to falsely represent they are of legal age to purchase alcohol and to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is under 18 years.
Upon delivery of alcoholic gift hampers, the recipient may be required to provide a valid ID for proof of age and to sign for the goods.
